About Me

Computer Science for Games Student on his final year at Sheffield Hallam University, and I am currently looking for a graduate job with a game or software development company.

When I have finished university I aspire to join a game or software development team to develop myself further and become an integral part of a team. I would also love to become part of an Indie/small game development team creating new and fresh games.

For my sandwich year I was lucky to work for a company called InVMA Limited who lead and specialize in IoT solutions using PTC ThingWorx. It was here that I was able to develop my JavaScript/C# .NET skills and use ThingWorx to develop real time IoT applications and was given the opportunity to use and develop applications using PTC Vuforia Studio and PTC Creo.

During my two years at university and in my spare time I have developed my personal skills in learning various programming languages such as C++, C# & Assembly. While in university I have also gained knowledge and have used Microsoft Visual Studios, Unity3D and Game maker to produce games both individually and as a team.

My final group’s project for my first year at university was a selected by Sumo Digital as winner of Sheffield Hallam’s game of the year (for first years). Upon returning for my second year myself and a colleague were the winners of Sheffield Hallam’s CryptoChallenge.

In my spare time I have produced and self published several applications to Apple’s App Store coded in Objective-C that I self taught while at college and work.

I hold a full driving license and do own my own car, so travel is not an issue.
